onizuka43 is on a distinguished road
For sample comic scripts you usually have to go to some of the writers websites and see if they have anything up. dwaynemcduffie.com has some good ones up, including a test page that they would give to artist trying out at milestone comics in the 90's, Also e-mail writers and ask if they have any scripts. Good luck and just keep trying.

Panel One

There is also a Panel Two...I don't know how much they help. It's good to look at a few scripts to see different approaches...and then get comfortable with yout own way. If you want to look for formatting advice, I think it is better to ask artists and letterers what they prefer. That's what's important. Do the artists and letterer know what you are trying to do?

penciljack.com also has smaple scripts in the writers forum. They are different lengths depending on what you want to do. I think that the highest they have is a 10 pager.
