Contract for colorist, need help making one

I'm trying to make up a contract for a colorist doing a book but I can't find the right words and terminologies and such. Does anyone still have the contract link that was posted here awhile back?

Also anyone with suggestions and advice on what to do and not to do so I don't get screwed out of anything?
