Oddly enough, Anh, I noticed this today of all days, when Benevolen and Umia are in your script submitted to Comixtribe's TPG and to which I've provided the blue-fonted edits. Seeing how you've designed your characters and now knowing what your art style is like, I can honestly say your script hasn't done your art justice. Feel free to contact me at editors.eye.view@gmail.com after you've read my edits to your script.

Wow, thanks for stopping by here Steve . This week's instalment of TPG doesn't appear to be out yet (Steven probably has his hands full moving into his new house) but I know that I still have a lot to learn about comic script writing so I'm expecting my script will get a good hammering this time around too. I will definitely email you once I've had a read - thanks for taking the time .

Umia re-design

I've been doing some more work on my Umia character. Any critiques would be most welcome - thanks.

Here's the line sketch:

Here's the colour block-in:

Thanks, mate! It was funny and a good chance to work over some different pencils and style.

Umia Yulon V2

I've added some tones and more details to Umia V2. I will put a pattern on her dress next. Any critiques would be appreciated - thanks.

Lady Umia Yulon V2

Well here she is, Lady Umia Yulon V2. She's a professional winged-panther racer from Suborea. Any critiques would be most appreciated - thanks.

Really cool designs, as usual, Artloader!

I especially like the inking job that André Stahlschmidt did on your figure. It was a very good rendition and really made the design sing.

Thanks Saul! I'm still playing about with character designs trying to get a consistent look and feel.

Yeah it was fascinating to see someone else's take on my work - André did indeed do a great job .

Female Face Lighting Study

Been learning lighting - this one is supposed to have two light sources - a warmer source from the left and a cooler source from the right.

The lighting looks really nice. Quite moody.

Thanks Saul . I'm trying to study from master artists - having multiple light sources is a technique I've neglected up to now. By the way your website is awesome - beautiful work dude!
