I would try and focus on one aspect of comic book art because neither one is helping the other.

There's issues in the anatomy. When in doubt leave it out. The way your muscle connects in the inks flattens both leg areas and the Demon's right arm.

Perspective issues in panel 3. There doesn't seem to be any kind of vanishing point. It seems to be built on a x grid.

I think for me, the biggest issue is the humanization of The Demon by giving him irises and pupils instead of leaving his eyes blank and white.

I like the detailed backgrounds, and I can see how you could make it even stronger with inking. However, the panel layout of the page is a bit odd. Try to give the panels a bit more frame / breathing room.
