Needed: Penciller/Inker $40/ per completed page

Personal Info:

Hey, my name's Dustin Parker and I'm from Manitoba, Canada. I don't have any professional credits but I'm trying to build a writing portfolio. You can find information about me, on my website, here: http://dustinparker.ca

The Project:

I want to put together a long form, on-going, superhero webcomic. A standard twenty two page book format, that updates a page per week, and is free to read.

My aim is to create a very realistic hero. I want the reader to feel like they could fill the shoes of the main character. He's restricted to all the normal limitations of a human being so he acts accordingly.

I'm pretty easy going, creative freedom in the art is important to me, so if you think you can one-up my direction in the script – feel free to pitch the idea. My goal is just to have fun and create an original property.

What I need:

I'm looking for a Penciller/Inker that can draw in an American superhero comic art style. I'd like something with fairly clean lines. Preferably artwork that resembles a cross between general Spider-Man and Batman styles but I'm open to look at anything by someone willing to work on the project. Not looking for anything anime/manga.

The process would be I send you the script and you send me a page mockups (thumbnail/sketch) and I approve or request changes. Then you send me the final page.

Payment:

Rate: $40/page (One page per week). I'm looking for a minimum of 23 pages (including a cover) to complete a full issue. Potentially more for on-going issues if there's interest in the comic.

Payment will be sent via Paypal within two days of receiving each completed page. Preferably sending a copy of the art program file (PS, Illustrator, etc.)
