writers and artists needed

I am now trying to gather together a team of creators for the quite audacious task of creating a line of superhero comics. This is not just me wanting to put out one or two comics, but to start a small comic business that produces issues on a monthly basis online. once the ball starts rolling i would start on a project on kickstarter for the initial funds so there could be no pay until then. I have gotten many replies from writers but few from artists, and they are a vital part of graphic storytelling. Just saying.
