Printing (Recommendations & Advice)

Hello,

I'm trying to find a good printing service for trade paperbacks and hardcovers, however I'm having some trouble finding a good service (preferably one that offers bulk discounts). Can anyone recommend a printing company? Please include their website if so, thanks.

I'm also trying to figure out how to print it. The book is 250 pages long and I'm considering whether to split it into two volumes or not. The narrative has a good cliffhanger in the middle so it might be viable.

Would it be a better solution to reserve the hardcover for the full 250 pages and do 2 paperback volumes?
