Penciler/inker wanted for webcomic: $15-20 per panel
Howdy. I have a webcomic that's been running since 2002; I have a bunch of artists who work on it, and while I'm happy with my current penciler/inkers, I would like to pick up the pace, so I'm looking to hire one or two more. If you think you can draw panels like the ones above, please have a look at my tryout page:
How much I am paying: $15 per panel for the first assignment, rising to $20 per panel after we've established a good working relationship. It's a webcomic, so there are no physical "pages"; the number of panels per HTML file varies, but is usually 4 or 5.
How to invoice: Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
How I will pay: Paypal only
How many days after completion of the job you will be paid: As soon as I check my email and find panels waiting for me, I pay for them. I check this email every 24 hours when I'm expecting submissions, and every 48-72 hours when I'm not.
What constitutes completion of the job: First, I'll send you the script for a panel or sequence of panels. Your first task is to send me some rough sketches so we can clear up any misunderstandings and discuss any changes that need to be made. Once you have a green light for the sketches, send me the finished/inked artwork as Photoshop files. Panels will usually be 1728 pixels wide by 1152 pixels high.

The comic itself is at http://adamcadre.ac/comics.html (start at the bottom, because it's been running for ten years and the art style has changed dramatically in that time)
It's mentioned on my Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adam_Cadre
Thanks very much!
