I really like it, but with that blocking, it totally looks like he's intentionally making his spear out to be a giant phallus upon which he spears humans.
Not sure if that's what you wanted, just mentioning it since it's basically like... a giant penis in the middle of your bad-ass orc drawing. |

@Dannthr: lol, nah, that wasn't my intention. i just felt the staff created a more interesting angle than if it was just straight up and down, which is how i had it originally. |

Great stuff! My only crit (and this is nitpicky) is that the spear/staff is almost too thick to realistically have those heads on them without grossly distorting them. I think it would work better if the heads were a little bigger, or the staff were a little thinner. Again, that is a nitpick for this really nice image!

Gorgeous rendering! I do agree with Bishop about the heads on the spear. Crack those babies open or something. Other than, this looks awesome.
