What's up with the 'extra' lady on the cover? Outside the silhouette. I wouldn't say it takes away from the overall design, since I don't know the who/what of it, but - who/why? :B

The silhouette is that small lady's shadow! It's easier to tell when the bottom of the cover isn't cropped off. She's just one girl, but she projects a heroic essence of power on the world.
