The books Oprah recommends..... not one is actually interesting or mind-bending! Well, judging from the book descriptions. I'll admit, though, that I own the Oprah Winfrey cookbook. Wasn't written by her, but it has an amazing collection of very doable recipes - one for the best Focaccia ever, and a Honey Nut bread that my kids just devour.
