TNA Is Losing The Monday Night "War"!

It seems that TNA is really getting their asses kicked on Monday nights. By going up against the WWE, they're losing more viewers week by week, regardless of who they sign to appear on their show. IMO, they should go back to Thursday nights and get rid of both Hogan and Bischoff. Those two are ruining what was once, a very entertaining product and are slowly but surely turning it into WCW part 2! I mean, who really needed to see Hogan and Flair in the ring over a week ago in that disastrous tag match, which was horrible. Hogan could hardly move and Flair is way past his prime and should've stayed retired. If this is what Dixie Carter is relying on to go up against VKM, then she is screwed! TNA will be out of business within a year with storylines featuring has beens like these two. Vince Russo needs to be fired along with all of Hogan's pals, and they need to go back to using the younger talent which'll give them a better chance to survive. Quit relying on the WWE rejects and look at the talent that have been there from the beginning.

Well, people have been crying the death knell for TNA every single year, and they've stuck around. I think saying they'll be dead in a year is naive personally.

Also, I have actually quite enjoyed the past two weeks' shows. I agree, they were killing TNA prior to that, and while they may be getting killed so far (it's only been two weeks, give them some time), I personally think they've stepped everything up tremendously. This week's show was great and there wasn't one bad segment I thought.

Their Women's divison has been pretty much reduced to a afterthought since Hogan & Bischoff took over, along with Awesome Kong asking for and getting her release due to her issues with Hogan's bitch, Bubba The Love Sponge. The Tag Team division has been hardly getting any TV time at all, but now that Beer Money has turned heel again, hopefully that will change. Why Mgt has given the straps to Hernandez and Morgan instead of the MCMG, who besides Beer Money, are the best Tag Team in the company, is beyond me. Probably to set up a heel turn for Morgan no doubt. TNA needs to stop signing the WWE's leftovers and start concentrating on their young talent and start giving them a push and more TV time. Let the oldtimers like Hogan, Flair, Sting, etc, be reduced to a backstage role such as a road agent or part of creative.

MCMG didn't get and won't cause shelly's back is fucked up. once its 100% maybe the will be champs.

i'm sick of them hiring drugies and people who haven't been on tv the last 3 years.

Apparently Impact has gotten so bad that it's being reported that even Kevin Nash was seen watching Raw this week at a bar and Jim Ross is giving TNA advice. Ross' advice is good though, start Impact at 8PM and get the jump on Raw.

Other things TNA needs to do is cut back on Hogan's screen time. It's official, he's not a draw. Stop putting him in every other segment. There's a saying, "less is more".

And Spike should replay Impact right after the first airing. They can get viewers that are finished watching Raw to switch over and watch Impact from the beginning. Spike always replays UFC Fight Nights right away, so why not Impact.

TNA is like a replay channel of WWE match-ups from ten years ago.

Since they've moved to Monday it seems like their hunger for ratings is gonna eat them slowly. Or not.
moving to 8pm could help. their 2nd hour is usually when stuff starts to really heat up and could hold viewers while Raw is still getting started.

anyway, what I do not like lately is too much Bischoff messing with everyone, and the Nasty Boys (wtf!). Hogan should really stay backstage or warm up the crowd for 1 segment instead of trying to be like Mickey Rourke in "The Wrestler" and come back for another match.
It's disappointing to see how much the Knockouts have dissipated. Awesome Kong was well, awesome. Those Knockout tag belts are practically worthless now, but I'm glad they are building Daffney up to maybe get the Knockout title soon

The best thing would be to keep doing what they did this week and cut the X-Division guys loose any chance they get.
Really do not wanna see Flair's battered old body again, lol. But his promos are off the damn chart. He chews up the scenery and it's pure fun to watch. I was like O_O when he practically called Jeff Hardy out on his drug problems - "YOU WANNA GET HIGH?!....off that PAINT!" and I gotta give him credit for bleeding every week, it shows he really wants to be there, i suppose!

oh and that was hilarious when AJ got some of Jeff's paint on his nose!

I don't think TNA expected to come in and crush the WWE. Consider how long it took NITRO to compete before they began ruling the ratings...
It's a progression. They have to learn from their mistakes and change in turn.

wcw beat wwe because they had money and they had the biggest star at the time. tna has no money. with no money you can't go out and get the biggest star out there today.

TNA doesn't really have anyone that you could consider a breakout "Star" IMO. Hogan & Flair are way past their prime, Jeff Hardy is a loose cannon as we all know, same thing with Brian Kendrick. WWE did the right thing by letting them go. Ken Anderson while great on the stick, is very injury prone and has been known to ruffle some feathers backstage. If there are any talents that should be getting a main event push besides A.J. Styles, they are IMO, the following;
Desmond Wolfe-Great on the stick and in the ring.
D' Angelo Dinero-WWE fucked up by letting him go.
Samoa Joa-Is listed under whatever happened to?
Rob Terry-The guy is a Monster.
MCMG-These guys besides Beer Money, are the best Tag Team in the business today!
Daniels-Is there anything that he can't do?
Here's who TNA should let go IMO;
Hogan, Bischoff-Not as good as they think they are!
Flair-Should've stayed retired, is just tarnishing his legacy and making a ass of himself by coming to TNA.
Hall, Nash, and Waltman-The band sucks, nuff said!
Nasty Boys-See above!
Jimmy Hart,BTLS, Team 3-D, Jesse Neal, and Rhino.

As Jim Ross stated in one of his recent blogs, TNA should start at 8 PM instead of 9. This would give them a 1 hour head start on the WWE and allow them to gain some new viewers who might otherwise tune into Raw instead. I did watch this Monday's show and it does seem to be getting better. Maybe there is some hope after all.

Daniels and Styles suck, man. They can't even sell the offensive of their opponents. Look at how LAX busted them open, and they didn't sell it. They just went on the mic and spouted off at the mouth. As washed up as Scott Hall is, he was right in that Daniels and Styles fucked up going on the mic when they should have gone off air to put over the other team as a legitimate threat to their tag titles at the time.

If TNA is going to compete with WWE, most of these indie guys need to learn how to wrestle right. And learn the importance of selling their product by making each other look good. Otherwise, they are just living the image of WCW 2.0
