Some of the anatomy and perspective is a bit shaky, but the level of detail is superb. However, because the detail is the same on the background as on the figure, the piece lacks focus. The armour looks amazing.

Yeah agreed. Love the textures....however those same textures are not allowing the work on that armour, which is beautiful, to get noticed. If you toned down the details or textures on the ground, your figure would pop. Nice work though. J.

I agree with Gav and Jim, and wll add that the lady's face doesn't match the quality of the rest of the piece.

It reminds me of those illustrations in the original AD&D books, for those who are old enough to remember them. The 1st edition.

You've obviously got an eye for detail. This looks great. They're quite reminiscent of lithographs from old books. The drapery on her gown is superb.
