Hello and welcome to my art thread.I have been visiting this site for a while now,and finally decided to just join in on the fun!Everybody here seems really cool.I just launched my brand new shiny art studio.This is a piece I just finished and put up for sale on ebay.I was really going for a atmospheric moody piece.Please let me know what you think!Thanks for your time.

Thanks man.This is more of how I picture Batman.Somebody who never got over the brutal death of his parents,kept it pent up inside.He belongs in Arkham almost as much as the other psychos he tosses in there.At least that's how I think of him.

I'm all for the darker batman (see Arkham Asylum by Dave McKean - fantastic)..... but by looking at the size of his head, his body must be tiny.
Watch the proportions.

Plus, the batmobile doesn't appeal to me either (personal taste), as it looks like two seperate cars joined behind batman.

Thanks a lot for the pointers.I certainly know what you mean,but I actually wanted his body to look alot smaller then we always see it.Instead of looking insanely buff and beefy,I wanted him to look amost sickly.

As for the batmobile...your right on.I needed to match things up better.Thanks for taking the time man to send some pointers my way!
