everybody wants some.

unless Lee officially invested his claims to the characters in the founding of SLM, transferring those rights to property of the company rather then holding onto them himself, there is no case for the lawsuit.

the only thing SLM owns, is the rights to anything Lee developed while under the SLM label. and even then its only partial rights to those specific properties unless he sold full rights during the bankruptcy.

Yeah, Fogerty was acquitted. Fogerty then countersued for remuneration of his legal fees, which actually went to the US Supreme Court. He won that case too.
