It's extremely close to the photo I'm assuming you reffed, which is great and at the same time it'd be cool if you changed it up a little.

Wow! Great job. I like that you kept it in a gray tone. It makes his stare more intense IMO. I could totally see this in a Rolling Stone type mag. Well done.
