I like where you're going with this, but a few things could be improved. The grey Witchblade stuff doesn't look like it's actually on her skin. It appears to just be floating above her. Adding some cast shadows would help. I like how you have it following the contour of her face, but it doesn't really look like it wraps around her neck much. You should also be a bit more conscious of your lightsource, and don't be afraid to put some nice cast shadows on her face from her hair and nose, and on her neck from her jaw. You could also throw in some other colors, like purple, for some shading. That would make it look more organic and less digital. I think her hair is much too busy, I suggest looking at a hair tutorial online. Here's a decent one: http://sirasan.deviantart.com/art/Ph...-Hair-32663745 It's best to think of hair in larger pieces rather than individual strands. It looks better and saves you some wristwork. The background is also pretty distracting, I'd tone it down a bit. Actually, I'd personally do something totally different with the background, but it's your piece, not mine.

You've got a good start here, I'd like to see it taken further!

Also, it's not a race. Feel free to take more time on your pieces to take them further. I'd personally rather spend 9, 15, or 20 hours on a great piece than 3 hours on a "Wow, that's pretty good for only 3 hours" piece.
