look! i tried to color! i've been attempting to color recently and i thought i would post something with some color. don't be harsh

hmm, I'm not a colorist but I'd think the cell shaded style would look better with the drawing style.

Looks pretty good but you have some wonky facial anatomy going on here. Even with big lips, the distance between his upper lip and his nose shouldn't be so short, his bottom lip shouldn't be so puffed and the role under his lip shouldn't be so high. His nostril is really tiny which makes his nose seem that much larger and because of that it makes the eye placement seem goofy and finally, you can draw big eyebrows without extending them so far past where they would naturally be. Otherwise, this is a really nice picture of a pretty cool character. Draw the teddy-head guy next!

kong- i know i shouldnt be coloring right now (or at least posting colors

), i don't even know what cell shading is. thanks! i'll google that up.

oz- i feel you on the face and all but when you see the character references, it makes you draw some things more out of place than where you would normally put things. i think anime is wonky to begin with. i do agree with you though.

no you should post your colors why not. Cell shading like the color/shading style in like Ghost in the Shell and Ninja Scroll.
