Thanx ya'll... Texan moment) I painted it in straight with Photoshop and my trusty lil Wacom.... I pixelated and over exposed the ussr flag from image ref for the BG...
I always liked Omega Red and after Marko started the new Marvel concepts I decided I do something with him first.... another cool villian I might paint soon is Apocolypse... I'll post a full body concept of my Omega....
