Hate that it went straight to TV instead of theaters. Maybe it won't stink too bad.

BWAHAHA!

It's a Highlander movie. What are the odds, really, that they didn't make another stinker?

This thing sputtered out of gas the minute it made a sequel after the first.

The TV show in it's first 3 seasons was pretty decent. I was hoping for more of that approach. I agree about the movies, the first one was good and the rest was just something else.
Well, hey, it's free on pay cable Saturday night.

Man, I can't believe it went straight to TV! Not even DVD! Ugh, chances are that it's going to suck hard. The series was great, why can't they do a good movie? Endgame was pure nonsense, and I'm not even going to bring up the other stinkers.

They could do a good movie if they decided on what can and cannot be done. Highlander 2 was all over the place. They are from another planet, no they are from the past. Yet if they come to Earth/The Future they are immortal (Huh). They erase part 2 with part 3, it works somewhat yet Van Peebles plays Kurgan and goes over the top.

Van Peebles always acts "over the top" in all his roles.

PC812 is on a distinguished road
After the first one, if they wanted to make a franchise, they should have stuck with prequels. Otherwise it just completely ruins the ending of the first one. And the whole coming from another planet backstory was just total crap.

I hate The Quickening.

The show worked. I mean, it was extremely uneven. But it worked often enough to justify its existence.

And it gave us Methos. Probably my favorite Highlander character.

But, at best, the last two movies were watchable.

Methos rocked. He seemed out of character in this latest flick. Although, he was an original Four Horseman so I guess his character could be all over the place.

I could not get into it. Once that Gaurdian showed up it turned into Mortal Kombat. They musta saved up for years to fund it. The 1st movie and the Series are all that matter anymore.
