Scanexpress A3 USB HELP

Well I just got a hold of one of these babies but I can't seem to get the drivers to work with my win 2k sp4 machine. I know that that there are fellow users here that also have this scanner and was wondering if they had any idea on how I could get it to work? Thanx

I'm running mine under Win XP, which is generally driver compatible with 2k, but I haven't had any troubles.

What kind of symptoms do you have? If you're getting the "Scanner Is Not Connected. Please Check Cable" pop-up, it could be a hardware issue.

Here, try these files. Download, open and run the web.exe and make sure you select the english and not the german settings.

It says that Windows can not load the driver. I think that I am having problems installing it since I click on the english setting and it just blinks off. So I manually found one that is unsigned and tried to load it. It's ver. 1.0 so it may even be old. I guess it doesn't like it.

hmm... Well no good, I can't seem to get the installer to work for these drivers and I don't know why.

Have you checked with the Mustek site? I just noticed you said Win 2000.Those files are for WinXP.
Try this link. It's the European Mustek site. They have the drivers for win2000 but only you can give the info to get the right drivers.
Man I thought I found Mac Drivers for Mac 10. Damn Mustek hates us.

I'm running Mustek Scan Express A3 usb on Mac OS X Tiger, macmini PPC 1,25 Gh. using "TWAIN SANE Interface for MacOS X"
