Fantasy Xmen Concepts

Ever since I got in to xmen I always thought a fantasy spin off wold be really cool, which dc got to first with the Justice League, so now I finally decided to sketch out a few designs for a Xmen fantasy spin off.

WOLVERINE- Here is Wolverine as a barbarian, by the way that is a wolverine skin wrapped around him, alittle back story.
Logan of the wolverine tribe sets out to find and kill a member of the tribe that his has been at war with for generations, Creed of the sabertooth tribe. Along the way he joins the band of heroes that are trying to stop the rebirth of the Dark god Apocolypse.
I'll be posting other characters as I make them.

ICEMAN- Here is the concept for iceman for the fantasy xmen story I've been playing around with. I wanted to make a main character as a child and I thought bobby would be a good choice instead of jubilee or kitty pride.
Young Drake dreamed of a life of adventure but these dreams became to real when he meet an old wizard in the woods one day. Xavier he called himself he gave drake a gift he was told never to share with any one... a gift everyone is looking for the key to awaken the dark one... the god Apocalypse.

So who is next? The Lord Summers and Lady Grey? The Great Blue Beast that lives in the forest? The goddess of the Storm with her Angel in tow? The young female street urchin Rogue? There are so many different ways to go with this it is "Uncanny". (sorry had to throw the pun in)

This is a very cool concept. I really think this could be a great idea. However, didn't they already do something like this but with Anime type characters?

Here is the black and white scan of Mr. sinister i designed as a fantasy character, I'm gonna be coloring him up and I'll post it when I'm done. the pictures in this series are of course based off of marvel comics xmen.
in the story sinister and magneto are rivals both trying to be the first to awaken Apocalypse.

Here is nightcrawler as a fantasy character alittle fan art spinoff I'm playing with. this is just out of my sketch book with a bic pen so it is alittle rough but it shows the idea, i didn't have to change nightcrawlers design at all since he already looks like a fantasy character so i made him a dark elf.
know as the night crawlers dark elves are raely seen on the venturing from the shadow woods nither evil or good they usually keep to themselves but Wagner longed for adventure, but now he is chased by the bounty hunters bishop and deadpool for a dark elf's must be worth something.

The last two are fantastic, the linework is great. I don't really like the first couple, they don't seem as well thought out or drawn in comparison, the last two are just too cool.

can I say, its almost a waste to not do your own characters?

I was into xmen very early but this is a great new look! It should be pursued.

Here is a design for Beast in this fan art fantasy xmen idea. this is just a bic oen drawing from my sketch book.
Henry McCoy was a leading alchemist but not being unable to answer the questions of magic drew Henry to study legendary enchanted objects, one of these artifacts was a gem hold a jin's soul granting the alchemist one wish for freeing him Henry desired to truly understand what magic really was. The next moment Henry's skin grew blue fur and standing where he once was stood the jin laughing. To truely understand magic one must become magic. And in the gem henry waited till the wizard Xaiver crafted the gem in to a small figurine freeing the jin in return Henry vowed to serve Xavier. And now he guards the holder of the Northern shard a young boy named Drake.

Beast look's very cool ...you should work on some finished peices and do a couple of pages and submit concept to marvel...!
