Thanks Scribe!

Yeah, I think Starlord started out as a pulp hero in the 70's, then he slowly got integrated into the regular Marvel Universe over the years, until Giffen cemented it when he appeared in his Thanos run.

Probably... but what cemented it for me personally... was the issue that featured John Byrne and Terry Austin-- (before their Uncanny X-men lightning in a bottle legendary run) doing Starlord total justice.

Nice take on these familiar faces... good for you for having so much fun with it.

Sweet art man! I really like how you drew the clothing and all the wrinkles.

Fresco, I bow to your knowledge. I know very little about StarLord, looking to find out more when his mini starts.

Reese, thanks man! I gave the clothes a little more thought than usual for these pics, I can't remember why.

Fejj, much obliged.

Aren't a bunch of these characters from the micro-verse? Or am I on drugs? I love the characters I recognized and the rest were just as well drawn. Excellent work dude.

You're welcome.

So, are you working at Marvel now? Your site says you are off the market now.

Oz, Bug is from the microverse. I think Captain Universe started out there as well. The others, as far as I know, are "regular" universe dudes. You're TOTALLY on drugs.

McKay, I hear you, man. Blame the 90's (I think she was created in the 90's...)

xaltair, thanks man! I was experimenting a bit with the shading.

Scribe, I wish! I'm actually updating my site. I'm not as off the market as I used to be, although I've got some commitments I have to attend to. Thanks for the comments.
