Talking origami

I relish the creative process on all my pieces, and this one was no different.
ORIGAMI completely took on a life of it's own... and was a real joy to work on.

A special thanks to my buddy Erik for adding to the creative process, and to 'Puck' for asking for a piece in the first place...
if not for that request, she would not exist today.

Thanks for looking, peeps

The top one is better, the red just isn't gelling with me. And I will have your pinup soon, sorry for lagging. The childrens book I am working on is keeping me down.

I can't fault it - another great illustration there Fresco. It's very 'busy' but everything works well together.

lol

it's a chop-stick...

No, no it's not... as others have indicated, its her other earring. I thought it would be more fun looking if it had an air gap there, but all it did was confuse the viewer. and by viewer I mean you.

Thanks for the input, I updated the image so hopefully it is a bit clearer now. and since folks seem to dig the version with the red striped shirt, I updated it with a single image.

Thanks for getting the thread off to such a great start XALTAIR--

That's wild Fresco...

Nice job, it just hits you "BAM" , at first glance. You can almost hear it.
I have to admit(not I want to ) But, your ART motivates me, in wanting to work harder in my ART.(Don't tell no one!)

Anyway... good stuff Fresco!

Carly Simon lives!

Feels kinda manga!

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Some very nice people draw manga-ey. They have families and everything.

Now this is what I'm talkin about. Vivid Colors.. nice and bright. like a sunny Day.
and Lack of black outline (hair & shirt) gives it that.. sorta free feel. This pic is wonderful! love it!!!
