Sketch Cards?
For those that do the 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 colletor cards size what materials (inks, watercolor, acrylics, penciels, etc) do you use AND what kind of papers do you use (those that warp or not, etc)
I know about blue-line pro makes some - I would like to know other options?

I use 2 ply bristol paper. you can get a pad of it at any decent art supply store. some peeps use cardstock, as well, and it would be cheaper. i use micron pens to draw with.

The bristol paper is nice. THe blue line pro is nice if you work in pencils, but I don't like it with inks or markers. I actually like working in pencil crayons as you can get some really nice effects easily. Plus I NEVER get to work in pencil crayons anymore and it's fun!

Thanks danedawg99 and rummblestrips.
Is anyone using acrylics for their sketch cards - if so are you having any problems with the cards sticking to other cards and/or sticking to the soft sleeves? PM if you want or post here. |
