I seen The Amazing Spider-Man today, and it was great. Hope that they can make a sequel soon.

Yup. It looks technically well made but to me once you mess with Spidey's History no matter what, the end product will be suspect. Superman has had an open origin so people can add or subtract from it and still make a good flick. Spidey has a very specific origin and costume, Monkeying with that is just ill advised. The movie will do well though as it's superhero flick.

Holy Crap Spidey cost 230 million to make. I thought Webb said this was going to be a smaller budget with more practical efx? That's crazy money. I remember the production figure being estimated at 150. Wa appen?

Was a good movie, in some cases better than I expected, in some cases (the rehashing of the origin) I felt was unnecessary. But overall, a good film.
