Neat! I really like the style and I LOVE how you used color in those pages. Very horror-tastic

very nice! I like that school / style of comic art--- sort of cartoony realism I guess. Good use of blacks, design, etc.

Enjoyed your post about Kuretake and Zebra on your site as well.

Yes, fully awesome. I'm really impressed.
Only thing I noticed wrong was the cast shadows coming through the window in the first panel of the horror comic. Otherwise, stellar. Just top-notch. I'd really like to see you and a great writer make 200 pages of this stuff.
I don't think horror is totally the right genre for you. Your work is so clean and kinetic, and horror seems to work better with dark and heavy art... for example James O'Barr, Katsuhiro Otomo, and Charles Burns. That said, if you created 200 pages of well-written horror, I would buy it regardless.

Thank you all guys! I really appreciate your comments!

TimR, 'dark cartoon style' was the deal for these barbarian pages!

Rex, you're right! The shadows in that precise panel aren't what they could have been! I like horror, but perhaps I'm more comfortable doing superheroes and action stories, with lots of movement and explosions!

More coming soon!
