Webcomic artist needed

Looking for a good, dedicated artist[penciler, inker] to join the team for a dark medieval fantasy web series. Good attitude and able to take critiques is important too. This is a low budget independent series. My rate is 30 per page, paid every 2 pages but rates are negotiable.
