Looking for an Artist Collaborator

I am a writer looking for an artist to collaborate on a long-term 22 pages issue format. I have multiple ideas to propose ranging from horror to science-fiction. I want to find a dedicated and commited person that is aware of the amount of effort that needs to be invested in a comic and that is willing and able to offer the time necessary.
