Hey Juys,

I've been meaning to do this whole "you're invited" thing for... let's see, two years?

Basically I have this wicked browser-based game I run called Hell Rising. The summary is simple - "Humans vs. Vampires vs. Zombies".

It's a text-based game, with a graphical map and whatnot. Also, it takes place in Twilight City, but I named the city after the Twilight Zone in 2007... before I really knew what "OMG TWILIGHT!!!11" was.

If anyone wants to see what it's like to live inside my dickhead brain, this would be your opportunity.

Now is a good time to start, because we've had an influx of players. Usually it's pretty sedate and stagnant but there are a couple hundred people you can find/kill now, so go for it.



The reason this isn't in the plug forum is that I'd actually like to possibly maybe discuss what people who are actually into games don't like about it when they invariably don't like it. Feedback and all that.

You are currently inside Trustworthy Hardware.
The building appears usable, and seems to be unbarricaded.

Aisle upon aisle of destruction rests here. Nails randomly jut out of the walls and counter at the front of the store, some accompanied by congealed blood spatter. The lights are out.

Just enhanced the load times if anyone was having an issue.

Also nerfed Vampires a bit in case you got bit a bit.


The game's worth it even if you just commit suicide by repeatedly leaping from high buildings or silos to see the humorous randomized death messages.

You dash through the window, dropping several floors before crashing into an open dumpster with a gruesome thud. You are dead.
