Artist wanted for a single image commission paying $50 but negotiable

I’m creating a podcast/youtube show called ‘Dragon Punch and am looking for an anime themed artist to create a single coloured and inked image that will be used as the logo for the show. The image itself must feature a close up young and energetic girl (aged around 25) doing a Street Fighter 2 Dragon Punch or Shoryuken with fire swirling around her body. I also want the words ‘Dragon Punch’ to be prominently featured in this image.

I will pay via paypal or via bank transfer
Payment – payment will be sent within 1 day of completion of the work
Completion of the job is categorized as the submission of the final completed page via e-mail in 300 dpi LZW-compressed TIF format, etc)
