Thanks Rob. I've just started getting back into drawing after a couple of years away from the drawing board. I've been busy with my Classic Rock / 80's Metal band " Thunderlips ". Now that my wife and I are going to be parents soon of a 8 year old boy who loves comics, I have to rehone my skills so I can draw for him.

I like your rendering style, but yeah - those hands and feet need work.

getting back into it

Hi, congrats on the adoption, unless I misunderstood? Very heartwarming.

My 2 cents for what its worth . . . you have to be very open minded and un-attached to your work. You've taken the time to do some nice rendering, but you didn't think through the structure of your main figure, his right wrist looks broken don't you think?

Take the time to lay down the structure, look objectively at your composition, you will improve by miles in no time.....

congratulations on getting back into drawing and the adoption ( i assume adoption, because giving birth to an 8 year old is tough work) try to be carful with your perspective it doesnt look like things are lining up in this piece and the batman one but good work

I'm mostly a inker by trade having worked in the past for AC Comics but, seeing that I haven't done any drawing in almost 3 years, I got a lot of work ahead of me to get back to the level that I used to be at. Thanks for the crits as they are well appreciated.
