Editor/Writers needed

Looking for editors. We have tons of opportunity for editors to do some writing for us (contrary to the opinions of some past team mates, my response being to efforts to make sure the opportunities were more readily accessible to editors).

Pay is a percentage of net profits (back end) for 2-4 issues, as we are a collaboration, or pre-sales payment when we get funding or sufficient profits from other books.
