My comic contest entry themed "Beauty is skin deep"

Hello everyone. I'm really happy to have found this forum. I've been looking for a positive female comic creator site and I was told about Womanthology.
I'm not sure if it would be okay to post this so for now I'll just post the first few pages of my comic entry that I did for a comic contest back in 2011. It was for a comic group called Manga-apps over on deviantart. The theme that I chose for my entry was "Beauty is skin deep." I had and still am going through rough patches with my own weight and self-confidence with myself but after using this comic to vent our my frustrations and encourage myself I decided to go ahead and revamp the whole story and start it back up on my site with weekly updates. For now I will just post what the contest entry looked like and for those interested in reading the new revamped story, which will show more of Oriana's background and a better story flow, then feel free to stop by my site to catch the weekly updates.

Also if anyone has any links to any other comics that deal with the issues with beauty and weight feel free to let me know because I'm having a hard time find one that isn't so...graphically rated R type mature with it's content ^^;

Plot of the story: Oriana is a heavy set, smart mouthed, laid back young woman who learns a lesson about beauty and love while being forced to participate in a south Korean game show. *Again this is a one shot comic entry for an old contest at manga-apps on deviantart.*

The story is fun and cute, Oriana is really awesome and sassy, loved her from the start.
Her cousin is pretty hilarious too and of course I want to figure out what will happen with Jae-Hwa.

Overall I guess, it's a compelling and entertaining story, with good characters and great expressions/motions.

Really looking forward to reading more on your site
