Coloring Pages Charity Idea

Hey guys!

I'm Mary Bellamy and I worked on the original book, Womanthology Space 1 and was an editor on the sketchbook, for those that don't know me. I thought I might post this here if anyone might be interested.

So what's this post about...

My mom works at a nursing home and many of the elderly there get bored very easily, since there aren't many activities they can do or have to do. Some of them really love to color but the lady in charge only gives them the same two or three coloring sheets usually of just flowers. Recently I printed out some of my artwork as line art and they made copies. The people loved them. But my thought was, what if there were other people that would just donate a line art, uncolored of their own works only to be used as coloring sheets. No books or anything would be made with them. You could even have your name or webpage printed somewhere on the coloring sheet. If you're at all worried about high res images being online, you could mail me a physical copy or something. I'm sure we could figure it out. I would prefer that the art not be violent or sexual since it's for the elderly and children could potentially see it.

Would anyone be interested in donating some art? (Heck even if you don't draw you could buy some crayons, coloring books or even just spread the word.)

If you go online you can get lots of sites which shares the coloring pages for free. You can download it and take the printout of the same. Here is the link were is use to regularly download the pages for my kid i thought to share the link.
