Need experienced artist for an image comics project

As you can see in the title I'm looking for an artist for a comic book series.

Pilladdman, Is about a man that when loses everything accepts being a farmaceutical subject for experimentation with new medicine, what happens next is that because of this experiments he acquires superhuman characteristics, such as invulnerability, super-strength and is also able to fly. But not everything is so cool since he suffers now an addiction to any kind of drugs, so know trying to be a superhero, while trying to help people he tends to cause more damages than benefits.

The idea is to co-own the book with the artist and try to publish it for image comics.
And it would be cool if the artist could also do the inks.
