Hello everyone,

My name is Andre and I am a scriptwriter from the UK in London who writes for comics, films and video games. I am also an illustrator in different mediums but in a focus in comic books; I can provide layouts, pencils and inks plus my styles are semi-realistic to an American-Manga style found in comic publishers such as Top Cow, Image or Tokyo Pop comics.

At the moment, I am building a portfolio, but I do have examples of some art from Deviant Art. I have done voluntary work for a company Seventh Wonder Films Ltd and I am definitely recommended as a screenwriter. Below are my rates for writing and illustration:

For comic books £10 per page:

20 pages £10x20 = £200

22 pages £10x22 = £220

24 pages £10x24 = £240

32 pages £10x32 = £320

180 - 200+pages = £1800 - £2000+ (one-shots, limited series, OGNs)



For TV shows, features and short films £10 per page (with exceptions):

1 min - 10 mins = £10-£100

10 mins - 30 mins = £100-£150

30 mins - 1 hr = £150-£450

1 hr - 1hr 30 mins = £450-£1000

1hr 30 mins - 2hrs = £1000-£1200

Over 2hrs = £2500



For developing storytelling for video-games depends on game-play:

Game Design Document = £50 per day (28 Days)

Bible (Character and World Creation) = £50 per day (28 Days)

Story Ideas & Pitches = £50 per day (28 Days)

The Full Script = £3,500



These are the fees for re-writing, co-writing and revisions:

First Draft Revisions £160

First Draft Rewrites £240

Second Draft Revisions £160

Second Draft Rewrites £240

Third Draft Revisions £160

Third Draft Rewrites £240


And for the illustrations in comics, film storyboards and full figures its here:

£2.50 per page for pencils, £5.00 per page for inks, £15.00 for covers in pencils inks and colour. I prefer these payments to be in PayPal only and you may contact me through via my e-mail andre1993farquha@yahoo.co.uk.

The specifics of how many days that I expect to get paid is at least 14 days after completion, however, I charge at least 50% of the payment firsthand of the total amount it would cost for all job activities and the last half to be paid 14 days after completion.
