And you ignore what I say. Every word. Amazing. Your boundless rebellion against forum rules is truly astounding. I shall erect a statue of your username in some public place. Admittedly it will be crudely made and consist mostly of butter and old harmonicas, not nearly worthy of your magic! Still, it will be an epic tribute, and when the oceans boil and the rivers are but dust, all will known of YOUR GLORY!!!!!!

I, Rex, join with Cheeseisgood in proclaiming the greatness of adynastyocomix.
Why, here's a quote from his own website: "Antonio Vaughan, founder and owner, is a true artist as well as a visionary whose work allows him to be totally connected while standing completely alone with his signature and style. " I ask you: Who starts five separate threads with the same deliciously spammy comment, judiciously ignores the single section in which his comment would be relevant, and has no time for banal replies? Not you or I, peons. It takes a true artist as well as a visionary. |

(or typographer?) Did you know that an average pro-letterer can have one (1) page done in 15 minutes to half an hour, while the pro-penciler working for "the same page" needs 8 to 12 hours to get the page done? Therefore, the letterer can make in two/three days the same money than the penciler working 32 days on your project? And, BTW, that pencils are the main factor of sales in a comics page? Do you thing it is fair to reward both areas with the same page rates? Just curious. ![]() Kudos to the letterers working for you project, thought. |

LOL @ REX and Cheese. Screw you guys I'm going home! I'm in love with you cheese. You so understand the awesomeness of Adynasty0. LMAO! I don't mean to ignore you guys. But then again is it ignoring if I didn't even know you responded? AHAAAAAAA! And by the way I didn't write this stuff on my website. I got this site through web.com. They asked me a few question and then they went H.A.M and made me seem like I was bigger than what I really am. But hey if that's what they got from me from our conversation. Hell I'll run with it.
@ Scribbly, I thought it was fair for the typographers to get paid the same amount as everybody else. I really don't expect anybody to be a "pro" in the sense that they can to marvel or dc quality work. That's an unrealistic expectation for me to have of you guys. Not saying that you all don't have quality work. I've seen a lot of your work and man I just amazed at the talent I've seen here. I just want to work you guys and just create a series of projects that would get exposure for anybody who wants to work with me. Its all for the love of Sequential Art. |

Even though the pencils might be the main factor of the average comic, what I'm doing with the marketing of the comics is focusing more on the writing part. The writing will make or break this business. Whoever writes the script, their work will also be a stage play. With this approach I want to showcase the work of more artist whether you're a rapper, singer, penciler, writer, inker, letterer, or whatever. In our events, you will have the chance to have your work seen by 1500 people or more. Each booking that I do, there is a 100% chance that ATLEAST 1500 people will see your work and might even want to look you up. OR maybe even want to contact you to buy original pages or commission you to do some type of illustration for them. This is a promotional effort. The way the comix business and any entertainment business works is that you have to have some kind of following or the potential to grab alot of followers before you can get work. On top of that your work has be on point. So if you're down for this then email me at antoniolvaughan@gmail.com so we can get started. again I'm offering more than just money, I'm offering exposure in my area. In Norfolk. Not promising exposure anywhere else. Now if our productions spread anywhere else then guess what? You work will be exposed to the people there as well. i don't know if this makes sense to you or not. But the name of the game is exposure. Marketing and promotion.

Aw, you're a real person. Less fun to make fun of. And I like your idea. I'm not in a place where I can make 32 pages for $500, but I like your idea.
Anyway, you're still in the wrong place. Your post needs to be over here. |

Adnasty: hey bro.
When you talk about "the writing part" of comics, versus the pencilling part, hey. bro. You talk about fASSshion.... What part of fashion and runways is "writing" on not ART? |
