This is a great thread! I generally use Google images but these collections are mighty useful.

I didn't notice this link in the other posts but I apologize if it's already been linked. It's a link to anatomy reference for artists. They have copies of Andrew Loomis' famous books on drawing, as well as photographs of people in different poses. The photos are on sale for sets, but they feature free reference samples:
