Cool Pirate Queen

Clint Hilinski has put together a Kickstarter for a book he wants to publish. It's tentively titled Pirate Queen. He asked me to color a pin up and a couple pages for him. This is one of the pages from it. You can see more including the pin up and the two pages I colored. Also, some of the other pages in black and white at Pirate Queen

Cool Vanguard

This is part of a test page I colored for the Vanguard back up series running in Savage Dragon. The previous colorist (David Setzer) couldn't finish it, so I'm booked to finish coloring the last two chapters. I hope I can follow in David's footsteps.

Story: Gary Carlson
Line art: Frank Fosco
Letters: Adam O. Pruett
Editor: Erik Larsen
Test Page Color: Me

Nice stuff, Rob! I like the interesting way you seem to have balanced a cut/grad with cell shading styles.

Thanks Jeremy. With it being for a Erik Larsen book, I was really nervous. I really didn't think they'd like it.
