Sequentials...

Did these for some trials. Had a very strict deadline and turned them out in 3 days. I knew the quality of my art would drop, but instead tried to tell as clear a story as possible...alas not my best work, but ok for 3 days.

Oh, very cool! Is there a script floating around to compare these against or is this something of your creation?

Daniel, these pages are terrific.
The storytelling works very well.

I don't know if this is going to help, but the CEO at Avatar press told me
(In one of these NYCC weekends) that what he want is hyper realistic figures and
extreme dedication on detail and finishing of panels.
As the artists that are working for him usually will do.
Not my cup of tea, but I know you can do this very well.
Maybe, using these same pages as sketches and redoing each in a more finished and
elaborated way would make it.(maybe inking it?)

Mannie - damn (

Scribbly - Always great to hear your feedback . That does sound right because he emailed me and said there 'wasnt enough detail, particulalry in the faces'. I do normally like to play with my detail, and dont really feel like a page is finished until ive added as much as I can without making it cluttered, but I was on a strict deadline and it wasnt feasible for me, particularly being an as yet unpublished artist. I would of really loved the opportunity to get hired, and through experience devise a routine to become fast, and then add more detail.

I will redo the pages, and/or others with more detail and more polished.

Jaz - Thanks brother!

Best
