Writer needs Artist for Graphic Novel collaboration

Howdy. I'm looking for a talented artist to collaborate with on a graphic novel. It's currently broken into six (22 page) issues. The first issue is written and the rest is fully outlined.

At minimum, I'm hoping to get the first eight or so pages penciled and inked so we can have an attractive package to pitch to potential publishers.

The story is realistic, sci-fi noir-ish. I'm not looking for superhero stuff, so please don't send me action pin-ups. I'm definitely more interested in seeing sequential art samples that demonstrate a flair for panel/page design.

I'm very passionate about this project and super easy to work with. I can't offer any money up front, but instead promise a 50/50 back end split.
