Cool pose, and it's a nice drawing. The dynamics of the colors definitely need to be beefed up though, it's coming off pretty flat, you need darks and lights to make this piece pop. Try doing it in all black white and gray tones to get an idea of where there should be really dark shadows and really light highlights.
