Artist Penciler/inker needed for new web series

Looking for a good, dedicated long term artist penciler with [inking skills but not necessary] to join the team for a new dark medieval fantasy web series. I am the creator and writer of the series. This is a new independent web series with possible plans for print in the future. You should have a good attitude with creativity to try things and able to take critiques. My base rate would be 30usd per page [negotiable] and 2-3 pages, on going biweekly. Standard payment of 50% up front 24 hours after the project begin and the final amount 24 hours after the pages are completed. Paypal only for payment. It will be starting in June.
