Paid job

Hi I'm Austin and I am working on self publishing a book of short comics that I have written. I am looking for artists to draw 1-10 page stories. The book will be published in black and white, you will be credited, and it will be paying 10 dollars a page. You will however have to sign a contract saying after paying you the money for x amount of pages we are even and I owe you no further compensation. Also that I own the rights to the characters created.

The best part about this is that Cory Hamscher will be writing the foreword so your art will be seen by a professional, but that's not all. Chris Hardwick the Nerdist will be writing the afterword.
These artists have said they would also look at the book and give a quote if its good
