My name is C. Edward Sellner, Chief Creative Officer of Visionary Comics Studio. Google Visionary Comics. Google me. We're out there, we're doing stuff!

Our latest run was our licensed Deadlands books from Image. I've got writing and editing credits at Image, IDW, BlueWater, eigoManga and Markosia. I've worked with top talent on our books and I've helped launch the careers of several artists who have gone on to work for the top boys.

We are relaunching our Digital Publishing Initiative this month with some huge announcements in that arena.

Later this year, we plan to start rolling out our Visionary Universe titles, studio multi-media projects that will become one of our primary focus points for Visionary moving forward.

I am currently looking for artists to collaborate on developing series for that line. I'd love to be able to pay everyone, but we are still a small shop and our resources our tied up in our license books and some other high profile projects in the pipeline.

So, it will be a collaboration, but here is what you get...

• We will split ownership on ANYTHING you help develop and we use in the series! I'm not out to cheat you of that.
• You will get to help define what we do. I'm not going to hit you with a 500 page series bible I want you to follow every word of. You will get to pick what you like to draw in terms of genre, themes, characters, etc. CO-LAB-BO-RAY-SHUN you get to play and create right along with me.
• You will get to work with a professional, credited writer and editor which means not only will you get a professional level and fun script to work on...
• You will get full art direction from me. Like I said, published credits, helped to launch art careers. I will review all art, make suggestions and corrections and help you up your game as I have for others. Your portfolio AFTER this will be much better than the one BEFORE it, trust me. Now, I am going to be picky and choose only folks who show a lot of talent already, but I will help you hone your skills, guaranteed.
• Visionary regularly gets paid gigs from various clients. We ONLY place artists on paid gigs that we've worked with, or have a reputation in the direct market industry. Work with us on this, you get on a short list for paid projects when they come in.
• Visionary is a digital publisher, so whatever we do, once finished WILL BE PUBLISHED. I run the place, I make the decisions, so, this is not "If it gets picked up" or the lame, "a publishers likes it" deal, this is IT! We will be looking to place the projects with top print publishers, but if nothing bigger happens, the digital is a done deal.
