I post up on here tentatively, as every other showcase forum I've come across is saved for the masters usually, and I know I'm definitely not one of those yet.

But I love cartoons and comics, among other things, so hey, why not post some shiz up?
I'll start off with my newest thing, was a quick sketchy thing I did the other night to test out a rougher style.

Just a few quick doodles while in class today. I have to learn to do some realism for my current games design brief, but I find it's only pushing me towards the cartoon style all the more. Which is probably not the best thing in the world, but hey. It was definitely fun to do this quick sketch page for sure.

P.S. Had to do some quick cleaning up in photoshop since I only had a pen with me at the time. >_<

I don't have a tumblr, but it's nice to see your rougher and WIP art here! I may have to give in and get one just to see what all the artists I like are up to on it. :]

Wish I could post more up on here right now, but even though it's the Easter Holidays, I've been given a lot of uni work to do. :/ With any luck I should be able to get some doodles down to upload here (I like updating this space muchly). Mecha, you should get a Tumblr for sure! If not for uploading, then definitely to follow some awesome artists. I think I go on it as much as DA now!

And feel free to follow me too! *inserts self-advertising*

I really like the above pic. Your stuff looks really excellent in color. All the headshots look good as well. You are good at expression which continues to be my white whale so to speak. Welcome aboard DW!

I love the lighting and the glow on the last one. The one open eye is kinda freaky, and works really well for this piece!

I haven't really been able to update as much now that I'm back at uni doing work, but I thought I'd provide an artist's interpretation of my life at the moment, just so it's all good.

Yeah, I’m digging the color scheme of that pic of the portrait and your comic strip was funny, the artwork pulled it off (duh).
