I just finished this character design for a script I'm writing called "Coyote Blues". This is one of the main characters: Sasha "Boobs" McKenzie.

Inking on this just doesn't work for me. It seems to flatten areas, especially her hands. It's a good pose, but would have worked better with a much lighter touch on the ink lines.

^ Agreed. ^ The flat, dead-weight even line around the outside edge of the figure is too heavy and doesn't do anything to bring out the otherwise well-done aspects of the drawing itself. There's little sense of form or shape and the play of light across the forms as a result of using that thick line. The rendering on her bikini and boots, etc., works well though. Hope this helps.

Ok, here we go. Final version. I thinned the outline some. I'm liking this version better.
