Nice depth, The cars below I think should have been used with a thiner line. Nice overall though.

The 2 figures could have been outlined a bit heavier, which would have allowed you to go thick-at-the-top-to-thin-at-the-bottom on the building lines as they moved away from the eye.
Your lack of difference in those lines works against the illusion of depth you're trying to enhance with the inks.

You can see that you have an eye for line-work. I think you need more time with your tools. Keep working on your hatching, it should be done with a nib or brush.
