Quick question (research). Anyone from LA?

I'm stuck and I'd be eternally grateful if someone would answer this quick question. I'm writing a story set in LA with definite times in little captions (like The X Files used to do on the telly) and seeing as I've never been anywhere near LA and this is a bit hard to put into a search engine I thought I ask here.

What time does it get dark in LA in February?

The story involves werewolves so sunset is a bit of an important plot point. Cheers - Martin.
